Unless otherwise noted, all content on this site (including text, images, logos, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials) is owned by Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio and protected by copyright laws. In other words, “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio.

All original designs, patterns, product configurations, logos, branding elements, and website content ("Creative Works") displayed on tootsiewootsie.com are the exclusive property of Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and design laws.

To shop at TootsieWootsie.com, you must provide accurate personal details including your full name, contact information, and valid payment details. By completing a purchase, you confirm you're the authorized cardholder for the payment method used and meet our eligibility requirements.
For your protection and ours, we may verify your information through security checks, including credit/debit card validation and fraud prevention measures. This may involve sharing necessary details with third-party services to confirm your identity and process transactions securely. Such checks help us maintain a safe shopping environment for all our customers.
All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may decline transactions at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our terms. We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio offers ready-made products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Consequently, you may from time to time be given the possibility of making a custom-made/personalization for certain items in which you are able to make a “Pre-order”.
Custom/personalized items require approval of design proofs and full payment before production. Once confirmed, these orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is a confirmation email that allows us to acknowledge that we have received details of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C. We also reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate custom requests (e.g., offensive language).
Prices are listed in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (MYR). We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price as stated will be honored by every accepted orders. Local Malaysian Orders shall be charged in MYR.

Your payment will be processed when your order is placed. By completing your purchase, you confirm that: (1) you're the authorized cardholder, or (2) you have explicit permission from the cardholder to use their payment method. All transactions are subject to verification by both Tootsie Wootsie and your card issuer.
We perform standard security checks to protect against fraud. If your bank declines the payment authorization, we'll notify you as soon as possible and your order won't be processed, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Please note we can't guarantee item availability if payment authorization is delayed.
We work hard and aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio shall not be liable for any delays in delivery resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to: holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance delays/hold-ups, carrier delays/disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather or other unforeseen situations that beyond our control. We’ll help track but cannot guarantee these.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
For International Orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes/duties (we cannot predict these charges).
While we carefully hand-pack every item with protective materials, however, once shipments are in transit, they are under the care of the delivery carrier. Any damages due to delivery process are not under our responsibilities. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, include photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Note: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery to be eligible for resolution. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept responsibility for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier that are later reported missing/damaged.
We only accept return, refund and exchange upon agreement:
Unless a defective or wrong items were sent to you, buyer pays for return shipping. Any free gifts or bundled purchase shall be return altogether as well.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss occurred during your return of the shipment process. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping for the returned parcel.

By submitting feedback (reviews, comments, or suggestions), you grant us the right to use them for promotional purposes.
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s).
Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.
We reserve the right to remove offensive, misleading, or spammy content.

From time to time, there may be information on www.tootsiewootsie.com that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents.
While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors (e.g., pricing, product descriptions) may still occur. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. We also reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

This agreement remains effective unless and until terminated by either party (customer or Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio).
Customer may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing use of our website and services. Termination does not affect obligations for completed orders, payments due for work-in-progress, and custom orders that already in production.
However, Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be suspending and denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
Studio Termination Rights
We reserve the right to immediately terminate this agreement and refuse service if:
If you breach the T&C and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&C.
The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Malaysian law and the relevant courts of Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We never share/sell your information.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Tootsie Wootsie Craft Studio will take immediate actions against the offender(s).
