At Tootsie Wootsie, we carefully handcraft each item with care and love in Malaysia. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping times, costs, and policies.

Once an order is received, it is packed and shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend may take another day to process but will be shipped as well over the next business day, hence should you have not received an email regarding your update, do allow us to process it beforehand.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Require 7–21 business days for crafting before shipping.

We ship via trusted carriers (J&T, Flash, Skynet, City-Link, DHL, FedEx).

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over RM100 (West Malaysia only, standard shipping).

* Delivery times start from the dispatch date (not order date) and may vary by carrier.

* Exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

* For orders to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan) and overseas, please contact us to arrange for a quote for delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Upon receiving the tracking number please allow a few hours (normally within 24 hours) for the courier process to reflect movements (as the postal service provider’s website does not update immediately once posted over the counter).

If you have not received your package within the time frame, please do the following: -

  • 1. Double check that you received a shipping confirmation via email (junk folder as well).
  • 2. Verify your address, name & contact number to make sure it is correct in the confirmation email.
  • 3. Check and trace your tracking number which is noted in the confirmation email. Latest tracking info on your shipment should be available as listed.
  • 4. Give the courier company a call regarding the shipment to see if there may be any delays in their part.
  • 5. Check with your family members or house mate if they have mistakenly taken your parcel.
  • 6. If all else above fails, please contact us with your current parcel’s tracking number, status and order number. We will do our very best to assist you.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

  • International customers are solely responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their respective country. (we cannot predict these charges).
  • Tootsie Wootsie shall not be liable for any delays in delivery resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to: holidays, peak seasons, customs processing delays/hold-ups, carrier delays/disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather or other unforeseen situations that beyond our control. We’ll help track but cannot guarantee these.
  • Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. We’re not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Damaged Items? Contact us within 3 days with photos of the item + packaging for assistance.
  • WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES due to the lack of signed post delivery notification.
  • Any orders returned due to rejection on signed parcel delivery, wrong, incorrect, or incomplete delivery address or any other reasons not on Tootsie Wootsie’s fault will be subjected to the respective postal surcharge for redelivery.
  • If you wish to use other courier service provider, do contact us and we will do our best to accommodate to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale.

Ready-made items may be returned within 3 days if unused/unwashed (customer covers return shipping).
