Tootsie Wootsie was born out of love, a mother's love for her daughter. The story started with tiny handmade hairbands and bloomed into complete outfits - each piece carefully crafted to fit her daughter precisely. And that is how love has blossomed into a newfound passion.
The magic didn't stop at clothing. As her little muse grew, so did Chloe's creativity, transforming the nursery into a vibrant sewing studio where every scrap of fabric held potential. Those early stitches naturally unfurled into playful hair accessories and bags - each piece as functional as it was full of personality.
